Sow thinly at above 18c (65f) in a greenhouse or on a windowsill in trays or pots using a good quality seed compost. Cover the seeds lightly, germination is usually 14-21 days. Prick out the seedlings 5cm (2") apart into seed trays and grow on in good light.
