A strong-growing, Club Root resistant swede which also benefits from Powdery Mildew resistance and improved winter hardiness over other varieties. Great beginner variety.

Growing Information

To avoid foliage mildew sow early May in North and late May in South (20-24 weeks maturity).

Sowing Information

Sow thinly into finely raked, moist warm soil at a depth of 13mm (1/2") in rows 45cm (18") apart. Germination 6-10 days. Thin seedlings by degrees to 15cm (6") between plants. Grows best in well cultivated soil in an open position. Lime if necessary. Twist off tops when harvesting.
